AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Our After School Program provides a unique mix of fun and exercise. Full Time and Part Time options are available. Transportation is provided from Riverside to Velocity on the Velocity Bus. CLICK HERE to register. We are also open on PD Days, Snow Days, and during Christmas, Easter and Summer Break!

Velocity offers Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Kenpo Karate classes for kids and adults. Beginner to Advanced students welcome. CLICK HERE to register or for more information about our programs, schedule, registration fees, etc.
Velocity is open Friday and Saturday Nights for Drop Ins! Ages range from 5 to 13 years.

Velocity Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes for children 4 to adullt. We are a member of Gymnastics Newfoundland Labrador and use the CANGYM progressive system.
FIT KIDS (AGES <5 YRS.)
Fit kids is held Wednesdays from 12pm - 2pm from the beginning of September to the end of June. Open to kids ages 5 and under only. While at Fit Kids children have the opportunity to play on the Bouncy Castles and Foam Equipment. We also have lots of blocks, legos, coloring books, games and balls to keep them entertained while they interact with their friends. The cost is $5.50 per hour / child.
Drop your kids off for for some fun at Velocity! They won't want to leave. We are currently open for Summer Drop Ins Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday Nights from 7pm-9pm. Fall Hours starting September.
INFLATABLE RENTALS
Velocity's inflatable Obstacles and Bouncy Castles are available for rent and are ideal for birthday parties, festivals, grand openings, fundraisers, weddings, etc. We provided staff to set up and supervise all inflatable rentals.
