GYMNASTICS
Velocity Gymnastics classes are available for ages 3 and up. Velocity Gymnastics are a member of Gymnastics Newfoundland Labrador and use the CANGYM progressive system. Our coaches look forward to bringing their experience and enthusiasm to make your child’s gymnastics experience a great one.

SUMMER CAMP
We are excited to announce we will be offering a Summer Camp again this summer!! Children can sign up for a full week, multiple weeks, the full Summer or do daily or hourly drop ins!!

Cost is $10 per child per night.

FIT KIDZ (AGES <5 YRS.)
Fit KidZ is on hold for the summer and will resume Fall 2024. At Fit KidZ children get to play with their friends and enjoy the bouncy castles and foam equipment, hop, run, color, play and much more!This is a drop in program but registration is required. INFLATABLE RENTALS
Velocity's inflatable Bouncy Castles are available for rent and are ideal for birthday parties, festivals, grand openings, fundraisers, weddings, etc. Prices starting at $275. CLICK HEREto check a date.
Fall 2024 Martial Arts Registration is now open!New and returning and are invited to register now. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. Classes are available for ages 5 to Adult and include a combination of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Chinese Kenpo Karate, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
